ART ABY Cool Switch Pedal

AB Y switching works two ways. It lets you switch a common source signal guitar, bass or keyboard between two amplifiers or amp channels. Or conversely, it lets you switch two source signals ie, two different guitars into the same amplifier. A good quality AB Y switcher will also provide LEDs or other indicators to show whether A, B or Y routing is in effect. The Y routing combines both the A and B outputs in parallel so that two amplifiers can be driven at once. The Coolswitch provides full AB Y switching functionality, plus parallel Common inout jacks. The outputs and inputs were backwards. I had to reletter them after I finally realized the factory got it wrong. I know it's unbelivable, my other band members didn't believe me either until I showed them. Also I finally gave up due to unprecidented feedback coming from the my setup once I introduced this box. Whatever it was the 2nd unit I've worked with. The first one didn't work, this one did but input /outputs backwards. I'd stay away from it!!!!!
